SWEP Earth Day Community Clean Up

Join SWEP Three Rivers for Earth Day in Millvale!  We will be completing spring  cleaning at the Millvale Community Library. Activities include removal of invasive vines/knotweed, and trees; setting up the sand play area; cleaning out and cutting down a large pile of branches/wood that was made from several trees that had fallen; mulching the street trees, rain garden and perennial garden; and reviving the IMAGINE street mural by cleaning of the letters, wrapping LED lights wrapped around the letters, and reinstalling them. 

Afterwards, stay for a free volunteer appreciation lunch with live music starting at noon with all the volunteer crews and the Allegheny Land Trust crew!

Prior to the event, we will send more detailed information/instructions on the day of details (tools needed (if any), recommended clothes to wear, etc).
