Kim Kennedy, P.E., was promoted to the position of ALCOSAN’s Director of Engineering and Construction in July 2018. Before joining the Authority, Kim worked in the engineering consulting industry for twenty years. She has worked on several complex Consent Decree-driven, large-scale wastewater treatment plant and pump station upgrades with responsibilities including detailed design and management roles for pre-design, design, bidding and construction phase services. Kim is excited to serve as Recording Secretary of the SWEP Three Rivers Chapter and supporting this important organization.
