Holly Douglas
Ms. Holly Douglas has over 25 years’ experience as an
environmental and safety manager for various agencies and corporate entities
including consulting, oil and gas, waste, and manufacturing. Her key competencies include assessments,
permitting (air/water/waste), compliance, and training. She has successfully managed the permitting
and ongoing compliance for Title V and minor modification air permits for
several natural gas compressor stations throughout Pennsylvania and West
Virginia. Additionally, she has
permitted waste streams, wastewater treatment plants, and landfill expansions
and closures. A consummate trainer, she
has served as an adjunct professor for the Community College of Allegheny
County for the Wastewater Treatment and Energy Management courses. She is also
an National Green Infrastructure Certification Program (NGICP) Trainer. Additionally, Ms. Douglas is an OSHA
Authorized Construction Trainer and has successfully implemented process and
program improvements that have significantly reduced accident and overall
worker compensation claims. Ms. Douglas has been recognized for engaging
stakeholders to assess issues and work together to develop solutions that
improve operations, efficiency and safety while minimizing costs. She has been
involved with various industry groups and community groups to assess and
communicate emission issues on local populations, regulatory impacts on
industry, and educational challenges for local communities.
